Job Description Calling all Night Owls! Pullman & Mercure Melbourne Albert Park are seeking an experienced, dedicated and service-oriented customer service extraordinaire to join our hotel Front Office team in a part-time Night Auditor role. Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager , you’ll take charge of the daily system rollover, complete nightly audit reports, and support guests with genuine care and professionalism. You’ll be working 11 pm – 7 am alongside our Night Manager, with plenty of opportunity to expand your skills and grow while playing a vital part in ensuring a smooth overnight shift. What You'll be doing: Welcoming our late arrival guests and farewell to our early departures. Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel’s overnight operation, maintaining guest satisfaction and the safety and security of the property. Taking initiative to ensure positive and productive interactions with our customers. Undertake the daily reconciliation of the Hotel’s trading, including checking and preparing reports, completing audits, and collating the necessary paperwork for departures. Prepare and distribute relevant reports to relevant departments. Managing and confirming reservation details and accounts for in-house guest details ensuring all details are recorded accurately.
