We are seeking an experienced Systems Integration Architect / Senior Systems & Integration Engineer to join a highly specialised environment focused on large-scale network integration, interoperability, and mission-critical systems . This is a hands-on technical role where you will contribute to the design, integration, testing, and optimisation of complex systems-of-systems , supporting advanced networked capabilities across distributed environments. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and manage large-scale TCP/IP Wide Area Networks (WAN) and Local Area Networks (LAN) across fixed and deployable environments Lead integration of complex multi-system architectures across diverse platforms and interfaces Develop and maintain virtualised environments (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM) Implement and manage network security architectures using tools such as Splunk, McAfee, and ForeScout Support cross-domain solutions and secure data exchange between multiple environments Drive automation, scripting, and CI/CD pipelines for innovation and system optimisation Conduct systems integration testing, evaluation, and validation activities Perform network modelling, planning, and performance analysis Troubleshoot and resolve complex network, system, and integration issues Produce high-quality technical documentation, architecture designs, and integration artefacts Contribute to technology evaluation, prototyping, and innovation initiatives Deliver technical training and Level 3 support for operational environments Required Skills & Experience 10 years’ experience in: Network engineering and systems integration NV1 Security Clearance WAN and LAN design and administration Strong expertise in: TCP/IP networking, routing, and switching Cisco technologies IEEE 802.3 / 802.11 standards Proven experience in: Complex systems integration / systems-of-systems environments Virtualisation platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM) Network security and monitoring tools Experience with: Automation, scripting, and CI/CD pipelines Configuration and change management Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Highly Desirable Experience working in secure, large-scale or mission-critical environments Exposure to multi-domain or cross-domain integration solutions Background in deployable or highly distributed network environments Experience supporting testing, evaluation, or innovation labs Ability to operate as a technical SME within a small, high-performing team For more details please reach out 0466435950
