GRIT is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of broad, enterprise-level IT solutions. This senior role focuses on driving technical strategy, creating high-level designs, and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple domains. The role is ideally suited to candidates with healthcare experience and expertise in Dynamics 365 , cloud platforms, and APIs, particularly Azure . Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, evaluation, and implementation of enterprise IT solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to solution architects and development teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver integrated, interoperable digital solutions across multiple platforms. Maintain architecture standards, reference models, and repositories to support enterprise strategy. Assess emerging technologies and recommend solutions aligned with organizational goals Technical Qualifications & Experience: Senior-level experience in solution architecture, ideally within healthcare or complex enterprise environments. Strong experience with Dynamics 365 , cloud platforms (Azure preferred), and APIs. Experience in designing and implementing broad enterprise solutions, including integration across multiple systems. Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation skills; able to socialize designs to diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to develop high-level, moderate, and detailed designs and break down solutions for delivery teams. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and planning capabilities.
