Salesforce Specialist Location: Sydney CBD (Hybrid) Type: Permanent Industry: Financial Services About the Role A well-established financial services organisation is looking for a Salesforce CRM Specialist to own the day-to-day administration, support, and enhancement of Salesforce and Pardot (Account Engagement). This is a hands-on role working closely with marketing, investor engagement, and operational teams to improve CRM capability, reporting, campaigns, and data quality. You’ll balance BAU support with small enhancements and stakeholder engagement across the business. Key Responsibilities Administer and optimise Salesforce and Pardot environments Build reports, dashboards, and CRM-driven insights Support marketing automation and campaign execution Gather requirements and deliver CRM improvements Work with stakeholders across marketing, investor relations, and operations Manage troubleshooting and vendor escalation when required About You Experience as a Salesforce Administrator / CRM Specialist Hands-on experience with Pardot (Account Engagement) Strong reporting, automation (Flows), and data skills Confident stakeholder engagement and communication Salesforce certifications highly regarded Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident What’s On Offer Permanent role in a stable financial services environment Sydney CBD location with flexible working Opportunity to be the internal Salesforce SME and drive CRM improvements Interested?
