Site Foreman – Residential Construction (Bespoke Multi-Million Dollar Projects) Our client is a leader in high-end residential construction, specialising in bespoke, multi-million dollar projects. With a strong reputation for excellence and attention to detail, they deliver luxury homes tailored to their clients' unique specifications. We seek an experienced Site Foreman to oversee daily site operations for high-end residential projects. This role requires a hands-on leader who ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will coordinate trades, enforce safety regulations, and communicate effectively with project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure timely project completion. Manage daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules, specifications, and quality standards. Conduct quality control inspections to maintain exceptional construction outcomes. Interpret and implement site drawings and plans with precision. Set out and install stud wall framing. Safely demolish existing fit-out structures when required. Liaise with stakeholders, including shopping centre management. Enforce Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) compliance on-site. Troubleshoot and resolve site issues efficiently to prevent delays. Key Requirements Trade qualification in carpentry. Proven experience as a Site Foreman in high-end residential construction. Strong understanding of building structures and high-end fit-out processes. Ability to manage and coordinate multiple trades on-site. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
