About the Role As the key liaison between customers and building partners, you will: · Guide purchasers from deposit to handover, providing timely updates and exceptional service · Coordinate with builders throughout the construction phase to monitor progress and resolve issues · Manage variations and approvals in line with budget, design intent and contract terms · Maintain accurate records, documentation and communication trails · Champion customer experience, addressing queries with care and professionalism · Support internal project reporting and administration as needed This role sits at the heart of the delivery process — you’ll build relationships, facilitate solutions, and help create an unforgettable customer experience.
