The Role This is a hands-on, multi-faceted B2B client services role supporting wholesale customers, sales, and internal operations. You will play a key part in maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring orders, enquiries, and processes run smoothly and efficiently. You'll be dealing with retailers daily, providing product knowledge, processing orders, resolving issues, and supporting the sales function. No two days are the same. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality B2B client service and sales support Liaise extensively with wholesale customers ( major retailers to small independants ), offering product and range information Process customer enquiries, orders across multiple channels Accurate order processing and data entry Assist with inventory management and invoicing Support trade shows and maintain the showroom presentation Prepare ad-hoc reports and assist with documentation of procedures General administrative and operational support to the wider team About You Friendly, down-to-earth, detail-oriented and a genuine team player Confident communicator with strong written and verbal English Experience ideally within a B2B wholesale, distribution or consumer goods environment Proven experience in processing sales orders and supporting retail customers Strong organisational and administrative skills Tech-savvy, with solid MS Office skills (Excel essential) Comfortable working in a busy office environment and juggling priorities Why Apply?
