About the role As a Relief Administration Officer, you'll provide essential administrative support across hospital, community and primary health areas within the North West Hospital and Health Service. You'll play an important role in ensuring seamless operations, excellent patient experiences, and effective support for clinical staff. This role offers variety, teamwork, and the chance to work across multiple departments as needed. Deliver high‑quality administrative support including reception duties, patient admissions, appointment coordination, data updates, and general office tasks. Provide relief and backfill across multiple hospital and community health areas, adapting quickly to different teams and systems. Use a range of Queensland Health software systems including HBCIS, Communicare, PRODA, RiskMan, and others to maintain accurate information and assist staff.
