About the role As an Administration Officer within Oral Health Services, you will provide essential administrative support that assists clinicians, strengthens patient care processes, and ensures the smooth operation of services across NWHHS. Your role will contribute directly to patient safety, service quality, and culturally responsive healthcare delivery. Deliver friendly, patient‑focused administrative support including referrals, appointment bookings, waitlist management and clinic scheduling. Maintain accurate, confidential patient information systems, ensuring secure recording, storage, and movement of medical files. Collaborate with clinicians, internal teams and external agencies to support high‑quality service delivery and efficient operations. Requirements While not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded including Certificate III in Business or similar.
