Set up and use rope access, ladders, and related access systems in accordance with work-at-heights and safety procedures. Protect surrounding areas using drop sheets and masking, and ensure clean, safe work areas are maintained throughout the job. Conduct basic inspection of coated surfaces, complete touch-ups, and report any defects, access issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor High commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a small, professional team on active sites. Qualifications Certificate III in a related field Valid Construction White Card and Work at Heights accreditation (or willingness to obtain). Experience Proven experience as a Painter within commercial, industrial or high-rise projects in Australia. Demonstrated experience interpreting job specifications, colour schedules, and basic site documentation.
