Job Description Respond promptly and professionally to guest maintenance requests. Maintain external façades and high-traffic areas to ensure the hotels always look their best. Conduct general maintenance and repairs Assisting in basic plumbing , electrical , hydraulic , and air conditioning services. Paint, repair, and maintain internal and external surfaces, furniture, and equipment to a high standard. Prepare, mix, and apply paints, stains, and finishes using appropriate tools and techniques. Repair and install wall coverings, caulking, grouting, varnish, and lacquer finishes. Work collaboratively with a supportive, knowledgeable engineering team.
