We’re looking for a dynamic After Sales Team Leader to inspire, coach, and empower our consultants to deliver outstanding customer experiences. In this pivotal role, you’ll champion performance, streamline workflows, solve challenges with confidence, and collaborate across departments to ensure every customer’s journey after booking is seamless and memorable. What you'll be doing Leadership & People Management – Lead, coach and motivate the After Sales team; drive performance reviews, training and development and foster a positive, accountable, customer-focused culture. Performance & KPI Management – Track and report KPIs; close performance gaps with improvement plans; achieve service, turnaround, quality and satisfaction targets. Leverage data to improve outcomes. Service Delivery & Problem Solving – Oversee daily operations; act as escalation point for complex issues; proactively resolve service problems and balance efficiency with exceptional customer care. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement – Partner with Sales, Product, Finance and Marketing; drive process improvements and workflow efficiencies and align after-sales with business objectives. Autonomy & Accountability – Manage workload independently; make confident decisions in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of outcomes and deliver proactive improvements. Who you are: Proven experience in a team leader or supervisory role (travel, customer service or after-sales preferred) Exceptional people management and coaching skills Strong ability to analyse performance data and drive KPI results Excellent problem-solving and confident decision-making abilities Highly organised with strong attention to detail Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities and adapt in fast-paced environments Outstanding communication skills, approachable and customer-focused Results-driven, calm under pressure, and committed to delivering exceptional service standards If you're our next After Sales Team Leader Apply by the 19th December 2025!
