Job Description The Customer Service Assistant at M.J. Bale plays a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities for this position include: Assisting customers in a professional and friendly manner, both in person and over the phone Processing customer orders, exchanges, and returns with accuracy and efficiency Providing product information, styling advice, and assistance with garment fittings Resolving customer complaints and concerns to ensure satisfaction Maintaining a clean and organized store environment to enhance the overall customer experience Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets Utilizing the company's systems to efficiently manage inventory and fulfill customer requests The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for delivering outstanding service, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
