Ideally, you're somebody with at least two years experience in sales support or high volume over-the-phone customer service - maybe you have some exposure to the concrete polishing world - Building and Construction, Trade or Retail. The gig Starting off on a part-time basis, your day-to-day will see you responding to incoming enquires and dealing with job related queries in the residential and commercial concrete polishing industry. You will be providing price indications based on the pricing matrix, making extensive notes about conversations, and handing over to the quoting team.
