We’re looking for an Events Specialist to plan, coordinate and deliver key events that drive brand awareness, supporter engagement, and fundraising outcomes. About the Role As our Events Specialist, you will: Plan and execute major events and external fundraising campaigns. Manage event budgets and ensure financial targets are met. Coordinate operational delivery, working with internal teams and external partners. Drive event promotion and manage invitations and RSVPs. Seek sponsorships and in-kind support to maximise event success. Analyse event performance and attendee feedback to continually improve experiences. You’ll work closely with our Philanthropy, Corporate & Community Engagement team, Marketing and Communications team, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution and outstanding attendee experiences. About You You’re an experienced event professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves creating memorable experiences. You’ll bring: Minimum 2 years’ experience in event management. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience in budget management and stakeholder engagement. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and database management. A valid driver’s licence and willingness to work occasional out-of-hours. National Police Clearance and Working with Children's Check or ability to obtain Event or Project Management qualifications and experience in the not-for-profit sector will be highly regarded.
