About The Role This role is responsible for driving the planning, execution, and optimization of channel programs across the Greater Asia Pacific region. The position requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage budgets and reporting frameworks to maximize ROI and partner engagement. Key Responsibilities Program Business Management Lead planning, execution, and tracking of end-to-end One Channel programs (IDG ISG) across the Greater Asia Pacific region. Act as the key interface for Asia Pacific, coordinating with regional teams, finance, and operations to ensure program consistency. Engage with Asia Pacific (AP) teams to implement region-led programs locally. Coordinate quarterly program improvements with sales representatives. Reporting Analytics Own the regional reporting framework, consolidating analytics from Asia Pacific teams to produce standardized dashboards (sell-through, funding, ROI). Develop and maintain Executive Dashboards and QBR materials for senior leadership, providing actionable insights. Provide data analysis to drive program improvements and identify incremental revenue opportunities. Analyze channel marketing activities/campaigns and report on ROI improvements. Monitor customer, market, and competitor activities and provide feedback to the organization. Budgeting Financial Management Contribute to the development of budgets and manage program budgets effectively. Drive improved execution on Channel Development Funds (CDF) and Sales Promotional activities to maximize Lenovo’s ROI and Expense Ratio (E/R%). Manage business case development and alliance partner fund tracking. Ensure accurate and timely payments to business partners for sales activities such as promotions and CDF. Revenue Growth Partner Engagement Identify and/or drive initiatives to improve profits, market share, and partner focus. Analyze partner sell-through to identify opportunities for incremental revenue and rebate achievement. Coordinate with stakeholders on program design for channel partners. Work cross-functionally to uncover gaps in program and channel enablement to create a best-in-class sales channel ecosystem Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field. Minimum 5–7 years in program management, or business operations within the technology industry. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
