In this role, you will help shape and deliver high-impact marketing strategies and initiatives via above-the-line advertising, social media marketing and member communications. You’ll be instrumental in executing and refining campaigns to drive member growth and retention, with key responsibilities including end-to-end campaign management, creative development, stakeholder collaboration, and performance analysis. Key Tasks End-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns focused on brand awareness, brand consideration and member engagement. Develop and execute communication strategies, coordinate with agencies and suppliers, and track campaign performance. Collaborate with the Member Journey team to tailor activities to specific member touchpoints and optimise creative execution based on data-driven insights. Support annual retention, loyalty, and compliance communications, ensuring they align with key insights and behavioural metrics. Oversee communication execution within budget and timeline constraints, adhering to brand guidelines and tone of voice. About You We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional with tertiary qualifications in marketing / communications and a strong background in marketing campaign management. You should have proven experience in executing marketing strategies, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and optimising performance based on data insights. Your ability to manage multiple projects and maintain high standards of communication and brand consistency will be crucial.
