With a strong pipeline of health-sector projects and a national client base, they are now seeking a Senior Healthcare Project Manager to play a pivotal role in their continued success. About the Role As Senior Healthcare Project Manager, you’ll oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex healthcare projects — from feasibility and clinical planning through to construction, commissioning, and operational readiness. The project portfolio spans hospitals, clinics, medical centres, aged care facilities, and specialised health environments, providing variety and meaningful impact. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, clinicians, consultants, and contractors, taking full ownership of program, budget, risk, and stakeholder management to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead the full lifecycle delivery of multiple healthcare projects across Queensland (and occasionally interstate) Manage clinical stakeholders, consultants, approvals, contractors, and commissioning processes from concept through to completion Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to strict healthcare quality and compliance standards Support and mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement of internal project processes Work closely with Directors and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making for major health-sector initiatives What You’ll Bring Minimum 6 years' experience in healthcare project management or capital works (client-side or consultancy experience preferred) Proven ability to deliver complex healthcare facilities end-to-end, including clinical stakeholder management Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, infection control principles, commissioning, and operational readiness Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clinicians, executives, contractors, and government bodies High attention to detail with strong financial, contract administration, and reporting capabilities Experience across hospital, aged care, medical, or allied health projects Degree in Project Management, Health Administration, Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline Why Join?
