Job Description We are seeking a motivated and driven Handyperson to join our Maintenance team. This role offers the opportunity to work across all areas of the hotel, playing a vital part in maintaining our property to the highest standards and supporting a safe, welcoming environment for our guests and team. Carry out day-to-day maintenance tasks across the hotel, including guest rooms and public areas Assist with preventative maintenance programs and scheduled maintenance projects Respond promptly to maintenance requests as a priority Complete general maintenance tasks such as painting, basic carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and minor repairs Assist with plant, equipment servicing, and room moves as required Assist with Hotel emergency evacuations as required Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are used, stored, and maintained correctly Support energy and water efficiency initiatives Work collaboratively with the Maintenance team and assist team members as needed
