Job Description We’re looking for an passionate Food & Beverage Manager with a love for great food, memorable service, and creative thinking to lead our team and elevate guest experiences across our food and beverage operations. In this role, you will provide strategic and hands-on leadership across our restaurant, bar, cafe, room service and conferencing operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, strong financial performance, and a motivated, high-performing team. Lead and manage all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences. Review and analyse the daily operational needs maintaining beverage, labour, product and expenses on budget. Develop, implement and maintain quality standards for all food and beverage outlets including the supervision and direction of the food and beverage team. Contribute to the development of the Annual Business Plan and Financial Budget, actively managing costs and performance throughout the year. Prepare and review weekly and monthly forecasts across all food and beverage outlets. Analyse daily operational performance, controlling labour, beverage, product, and expenses in line with budgeted targets. Assist in the preparation of monthly performance reports, identifying key trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Recruit, train, mentor, and inspire a high-performing Food & Beverage team. Ensure full compliance with food safety standards, liquor licensing requirements, RSA guidelines, and hotel policies. Maintain a strong presence on the floor, leading by example and fostering a positive team culture.
