Industrial / Automotive Spray Painter We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial / Automotive Spray Painter to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high-quality finishes and can work independently as well as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Industrial and automotive spray painting to a high standard Application of red oxide, undercoat, enamel, and 2-pack paint systems Spray painting using airless and/or conventional spray-painting equipment Surface preparation including grit and shot blasting Spray painting of structural steel, plate work, low and high-pressure tanks, and farming equipment Ensuring all work meets quality, safety, and finish requirements Skills, Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in Industrial and/or Automotive Spray Painting Certificate III in Surface Preparation and Coating Application (or equivalent) Strong experience with 2-pack paint systems Ability to consistently deliver a high-quality finish Competent in grit/shot blasting Ability to work unsupervised and manage time effectively Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Tools & Equipment Own tools of the trade preferred Own spray-painting respirator (preferred but not essential) Personal Attributes Reliable and self-motivated A strong team player Takes pride in quality workmanship and presentation If you are a skilled Industrial/Automotive Spray Painter looking for a role where your experience and attention to detail are valued, we encourage you to apply by emailing your resume to courtney@primerecruitment.com.au
