Follow safety guidelines and use protective gear when working at heights or with hazardous materials. Complete projects within specified timeframes and budget constraints. Essential Qualifications: Recent full-time experience in this line of work. (presently employed) Proven experience as a Residential Painter. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials. Physical stamina and strength to lift and move heavy equipment. Good communication skills to coordinate with clients and team members. Desired Experience: 5 years of experience working as a Residential Painter. Salary & Benefits: Salary Range: $74,000 - $85,000 annually (in Australian Dollars).
