These positions will allow the Mill to cover shifts for off/on-site training and un/planned leave while providing a genuine pathway to permanent work to our relief operators. These roles offer flexibility across day, afternoon and night shifts. Whether you are seeking constant hours or flexibility to suit study, school hours or reduced days. As a casual team member, you will be trained and supported to contribute to safe, efficient and high-quality timber production. High-performing casual employees may be offered ongoing or permanent roles as opportunities arise. Key responsibilities include: Operating and monitoring machinery and plant equipment Troubleshooting issues to maintain safe and efficient operations Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and housekeeping Working flexibly across different areas as required Using technology and systems to meet production targets Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives Safety always comes first — our goal is that everyone goes home in the same condition they arrived.
