Description Deliver excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders. Manage and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Maintain accurate records and ensure data is up to date. Coordinate and manage administrative tasks to support the team. Provide detailed reports and updates to management as required. Assist in resolving escalated customer concerns effectively. Work collaboratively with team members to meet organisational objectives. Ensure compliance with public sector policies and procedures. Profile A successful Senior Customer Relations Officer should have: Previous experience in customer relations or a similar role within the public sector. Strong administrative and organisational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. A detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy. Proficiency in using office software and systems. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
