Key Responsibilities: Investor Relations Management: Act as the primary point of contact for investors, handling inquiries, maintaining investor databases, and ensuring clear and consistent communication. Fund Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the funds, ensuring accurate fund accounting, reporting, and compliance with industry regulations. Portfolio Administration: Manage the administrative processes for investment portfolios, including fund establishment, documentation, and regulatory filings. Cash Flow Management: Oversee capital calls, distributions, and liquidity management across multiple funds and investment vehicles. Performance Reporting: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of fund performance reports to investors and stakeholders. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the firm’s fund operations adhere to all relevant regulatory frameworks, including APRA, ASIC, and ATO guidelines. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and investor satisfaction. Collaboration: Work closely with the finance, legal, and compliance teams to ensure seamless coordination of operations and adherence to best practices. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. Proven experience (5 years) in fund operations, investor relations, or portfolio management within the financial services or investment management sector. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, fund structures, and reporting standards in Australia. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong investor relationships. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple funds and investment vehicles simultaneously. Advanced skills in financial software, fund management systems, and Excel. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a passion for operational excellence.
