We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy petrol station. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong retail management experience and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily store and forecourt operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance Supervise, train, and motivate staff to meet business and customer service standards Monitor stock levels, ordering, inventory control, and supplier coordination Ensure compliance with fuel safety, workplace health & safety, and company policies Handle cash management, banking, budgeting, and sales reporting Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently Implement strategies to improve sales, profitability, and operational efficiency Essential Requirements: Relevant business qualification ( Diploma, or higher in Business/Management or related field) Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail management (petrol station or convenience retail experience preferred) Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills Proven ability to manage staff rosters, performance, and training Sound knowledge of retail operations, cash handling, and stock control Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays What We Offer: Competitive salary of $80,000 per annum super Stable, full-time position Supportive work environment Opportunity to manage and grow a well-established retail business
