You will be responsible for establishing the store, hiring and training your team and ensuring smooth daily operations. Key responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of the new store operations Hire, train, and develop a motivated, high-performing team Deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with the brand Oversee store setup, stock, and merchandising ahead of opening What we're looking for: Experienced Store Manager with strong operational and people leadership skills Confident, calm, and supportive leader with a bubbly and approachable presence Interest or knowledge in rural, country, or lifestyle products will be highly regarded!
