We are currently partnering with a well-established fashion brand to find an experienced Denim Garment Technician to join their growing production team. This is a hands-on, technical role suited to someone who truly understands denim construction, fit, and wash processes—and can confidently take styles from development through to bulk production. What you’ll be doing: Managing fittings across denim categories, from first sample through to PP Identifying and resolving fit, construction, and quality issues Working closely with designers, and offshore suppliers Reviewing patterns, measurements, and grading (hands-on pattern knowledge a big plus) Supporting wash development and denim finishing techniques Ensuring consistency and quality across bulk production What I’m looking for: Proven experience as a Garment Technician within denim Strong understanding of denim fabrication, construction, and fit Patternmaking skills (or solid pattern knowledge) highly regarded Confident communicator with factories and internal teams Detail-driven, practical, and solutions-focused Perks & Benefits: Summer hours with early finish Flexible start and finish times Supportive, collaborative team environment Opportunity to work with a brand that genuinely values technical excellence If you’re a denim specialist who loves the technical side of product—and wants flexibility and work-life balance—this is one worth chatting about.
