Your key responsibilities include: Oversee all branch operations and financial performance Lead, coach and develop branch personnel to achieve targets Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships Drive sales growth through strategic customer engagement and service excellence Ensure high standards of safety, compliance and quality Manage inventory, logistics and operational excellence Collaborate with national leadership on strategic initiatives and continuous improvement What We’re Looking For You’re a driven leader with hands-on experience managing a branch, operations team or field service business, ideally in a technical environment such as hydraulics, industrial supplies, construction, mining services, or similar.
