Job Description This is a fantastic opportunity for those with passion about the Hospitality Industry and a natural ability to surprise and delight our guests. Key duties include, but are not limited to the following: Cleaning guest rooms; including bedrooms, bathrooms, floors, and corridors to the hotel's standards for guest arrivals Ensuring towels and linen are refilled, replaced and stored correctly Assist the Housekeeping team through the delivery of all hotel linen, chemicals, laundry, deliveries and heavy/lifting work Ensure high standards of property presentation, hygiene and cleanliness. Ensure economic use of chemicals and linen Performing any basic maintenance, or report and coordinate major maintenance requirements Using appropriate chemicals for cleaning purposes ensuring safe work practices are maintained Ensuring high standards of property presentation, hygiene and cleanliness Ensure all corridors are free of trays, linen trolleys or cages Assist with the removal of rollaway beds and cots Assist guests with general enquiries
