About the role  Reporting to our Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for getting data for analysis to produce meaningful and useful insights. You will be responsible for expanding and optimizing our data and data pipeline architecture, as well as optimizing data flow and collection for cross functional teams. This role sits within our Analytics & Insights ( AI) team that requires creating and managing the technological infrastructure of the enterprise data platform. This role is a 12-month contract.  Your Key Duties will include:  Data Architecture & Pipeline Development  Design and maintain data platform architecture. Develop, customize, and manage integration tools, databases, and analytical systems. Test pipeline reliability and performance during development.  Data Extraction & Instrumentation  Extract data from diverse sources such as internal ERP/CRM systems, websites, and public datasets. Develop data-related instruments and instances for efficient processing.  Data Transformation  Clean, structure, and format raw data to make it consumable for analysis and reporting. Implement transformations for downstream processing and querying.  Emerging Technology & Innovation  Support the upgrade of our data platform to Microsoft Fabric (experience essential). Contribute to building a Customer Data Platform (CDP) using Hightouch (experience preferred).  About You:  End-to-end data processing on Azure, with tools like Azure Data Factory, Databricks, DevOps, etc. Data modelling in data warehouse and/or data lake Advanced SQL skill, including processing data with Stored Proc and Function Python Strong trouble shooting Performance tuning Experience working with Fabric Experience working with Customer Data Platform (CDP) and/or Hightouch  Why We Love Working at CPA Australia  At CPA Australia, weâre proud of our vibrant, values-led culture.
