Your Opportunity: Assist Legal/Lease Administration team with: o documentation of leases and execution; o bank guarantee applications; o follow up of fitout contributions; and o making necessary payment Maintenance and update of property database(ProLease) and department reports and systems. Liaise with landlords and other departments in relation to lease queries. Assist Property Administration and Finance teams with lease and rent queries to ensure that rents are paid accurately and on time.
