The Wave (Rail) project is a generational infrastructure project that will revolutionise travel for the Sunshine Coast region, creating a seamless public transport network for the region. The Wave will deliver heavy passenger rail from Beerwah to Birtinya and metro style vehicles will provide links between Birtinya, Mountain Creek, Maroochydore CBD and the Sunshine Coast Airport. In the role of Senior Advisor (Information Management), you will be responsible for document management activities and processes from a governance perspective, ensuring the project's packages of work follow TMR standards for technical and program documentation. As the primary contact for document control, these roles are vital in maintaining the integrity, traceability, and accessibility of project documentation across disciplines and stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and government agencies. You Will Be Delivering high-quality document management services to support project teams and ensure effective record management. Implementing and maintaining the project's Information Management Plan, including procedures, standards, and work instructions. Building and managing stakeholder relationships to support integration, delivery and continuous improvement of document management systems. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality assurance and document control across the program of works. Developing and maintaining documents, correspondence, and registers usingsystems like InEight and Content Manager. Managing information security, access, and compliance with records management obligations and policies. So, why join us?
