We’re looking for a Senior Manager – Optimisation to lead initiatives that transform superannuation fund operations, improve member outcomes, and enable scalable growth. About the Role As Senior Manager – Optimisation, you’ll operate at the intersection of client engagement, commercial strategy, and operational delivery. Your mission? To design and implement initiatives that reduce complexity, enhance turnaround times, and support innovation across the superannuation ecosystem. You’ll work closely with internal teams and fund clients to introduce Volume Transaction Pricing models, deliver Client Efficiency Gains, and develop Joint Investment Initiatives that create shared value. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute pricing models that reward transaction scale while ensuring sustainable commercial outcomes. Partner with superannuation funds to identify efficiency opportunities through automation, digital servicing, and workflow optimisation. Scope and deliver joint projects with clients focused on digital transformation, data transparency, and member engagement. Analyse transaction volumes to design tiered pricing structures aligned with client growth and cost-to-serve. Collaborate with actuarial, finance, and product teams to ensure commercial models drive profitable scale. Monitor and report on initiative outcomes to demonstrate value and strengthen strategic partnerships. Ensure compliance with APRA, ASIC, and internal governance frameworks across all optimisation activities. What We’re Looking For 8 years’ experience in superannuation, financial services, or member-based organisations. Strong understanding of fund administration, regulatory requirements, and industry trends. Proven ability to deliver commercial and operational optimisation initiatives with tangible outcomes. Commercial acumen with expertise in pricing, cost analysis, and margin management. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Economics (MBA desirable). Advanced analytical and financial modelling capabilities. Why join us?
