About The Role As Manager, you will lead data-driven initiatives to inform regulatory reforms that align with strategic objectives under relevant legislative frameworks, employing principles of good administrative decision-making and best practice regulation. Reporting to the Director, Registration Services - Early Childhood, Regulation and Communication, you will help drive the Board secretariat's success in its critical functions. Key Responsibilities Include Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of risk-based regulatory frameworks, tools, and processes to enhance operational efficiency and regulatory outcomes. Identify and analyse issues, risks, and trends relevant to the regulation of non-state schools and develop strategies to address challenges. Manage high-risk and complex matters with strategic oversight, ensuring compliance with legislative and organisational requirements. Drive work planning, resource allocation, and prioritisation of regulatory efforts based on intelligence and data-driven risk assessments. Oversee the preparation and review of corporate documentation, including strategic and operational reports, policies, procedures, and annual reports.
