About The Role Based in the Brisbane CBD, the Senior Support and Engagement Officer will report to the Manager, Customer Engagement, Information and Technologies Branch, Digital Innovation Division. This role involves supporting enterprise applications used by Queensland state schools, including OneSchool, OneSchool Finance, QParents, and QTeachers, while contributing to future application development. The position offers one permanent and one temporary opportunity. Responsibilities Include Provide high-level subject matter expertise, accuracy, and research skills to support issues raised by all internal and external stakeholders related to the use of current and future enterprise applications supported by Education Systems Management, such as OneSchool, OneSchool Finance, QParents, and QTeachers. Lead and coordinate support activities and monitor customer queries to ensure identification of issues and timely delivery of accurate advice to customers. Employ high-level analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and well-developed communication and leadership skills to ensure quality products (documentation/resources) and outcomes. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and capability building throughout the team. Encourage an environment in which high-quality services are delivered by continually seeking improvements with processes and procedures and leading by example.
