This role provides broad HR generalist support across recruitment, onboarding, performance, remuneration, workforce planning, and HRIS processes during a maternity leave period. You'll work closely with managers and a supportive HR team, owning key operational HR workflows while contributing to a business in an exciting growth phase. Description Provide generalist HR support across the employeelifecycle Oversee recruitment and onboarding, partnering with hiring managers Draft and review employment contracts and support job design activities Coordinate REM processes including benchmarking, modelling and annual review cycles Manage HRIS workflows and contribute to system/process improvements (ELMO desirable) Support managers with performance reviews, coaching, grievances and PIPs Contribute to HR policies, compliance, reporting and internal communications Assist with L&D initiatives, development plans and traineeship programs Profile 2 years of Australian experience as an HR Advisor Strong systems capability and confidence managing HRIS processes Solid Excel skills, including REM modelling and market benchmarking Understanding of the Fair Work Act, NES and modern awards (EP&I and Building & Construction advantageous) Background in energy, construction, operational or FIFO environments beneficial Excellent communicator able to partner with a diverse manager cohort Practical, solutions‑focused and comfortable in a hands‑on, fast‑paced team Job Offer Attractive remuneration package of up to 115k based on experience.
