We are looking for highly experienced infrastructure and asset leader to join our Operations team. This role will lead a large, multidisciplinary team in a complex operating environment and will be accountable for the safety, reliability and performance of Perth Airport’s critical asset base along with playing a pivotal role in shaping the operational maintenance and asset management of the new terminals currently under design. What you'll do: Lead infrastructure and asset maintenance teams to deliver safe, reliable and efficient operations. Deliver safety, reliability and customer experience outcomes Own and execute the Asset Maintenance Strategy and Capital Works Program ensuring value for money and operational efficiency Optimise maintenance systems, processes and performance maturity Ensure best practice WHS, risk, governance and compliance outcomes Drive value for money outcomes across operating expenditure Embed sustainability and responsible infrastructure operations About you: 10 years senior leadership experience within infrastructure or operational asset management and maintenance environment Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Asset Management, Business, or a related discipline (MBA qualifications highly regarded) Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills demonstrated through developing business cases, proposals, and executive level reports Exceptional stakeholder management skills using effective change management, and interpersonal skills to influence others Decisive and systematic leader able to prioritise, allocate resources and make effective decisions to achieve outcomes Proven application of WHS legislation and risk frameworks with the ability to apply both regulatory and risk frameworks to decisions About Us: We offer a dynamic and supportive team culture, a contemporary workplace with great facilities and a modern approach to work/life integration.
