The Opportunity Due to recent growth, we have created an opportunity for an additional Service Desk Analyst to join our team. The role will be based in our Leichardt, Sydney office and will be responsible for providing technical support and excellent customer service to our employees and health practitioners. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact when users need help with their technology, providing friendly, professional support while gaining exposure to a wide range of systems and environments. Key Responsibilities In this role you will: Respond to IT support requests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner Diagnose and resolve common hardware, software, and application issues Accurately log, update, and manage tickets within the service desk system Provide remote support and guide users through solutions step by step Create and update documentation and knowledge base articles Provide clear information and know when to escalate more complex issues to senior technicians Follow up with users to ensure issues are fully resolved and they feel supported About You This position is ideal for someone starting out in IT or looking to take the next step in their career. We are looking for someone that is technologically savvy, has a bubbly personality, loves helping people and wants to learn and continuously improve themselves and the environment around them. Familiarity with the ITIL framework would be beneficial but not essential. You should also be available to work rotating shifts between 7am and 8pm Monday to Friday as well as 8am to 1pm on Saturday.
