The Opportunity We are looking for an EUC Engineer that is passionate about creating great user experiences. The role will be responsible for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, applications and collaboration tools. This will encompass hands on assessment, deployment, implementation and adoption of modern endpoint technologies primarily focused in a Microsoft environment. Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for our Standard Operating Environment and all that entails. Maintaining security through regular patching, endpoint protection, identity management, and policy compliance will form a key part of the role. You’ll also manage EUC assets throughout their lifecycle, package and deploy applications, and provide support both to end users and the broader technology team. In addition, you will continually seek out ways to enhance all outcomes related to EUC. Please note this role will form part of the on-call roster and will be expected to be available for escalated incidents outside of business hours, approximately every 6 weeks. About You You will be a naturally curious individual with a penchant for customer service. You will be a team player with strong communication skills who wants to help those around you. You have no concerns taking ownership of tough assignments and pride yourself on delivering secure and user friendly solutions. You will have been in similar roles in the past and continue to enjoy the challenges that constantly changing technologies provide. You will also have a high level of experience with multiple technologies, including: Microsoft InTune, Endpoint Configuration Manager and SCCM Windows Autopilot Microsoft 365 Local AD and Entra ID (Azure AD) Why Join Us?
