Job Description About this opportunity The Assistant Leading Hand is responsible for assisting their shift Leading Hand to oversee all activities and persons within the production hall. Directly reporting to their shift Leading Hand, working closely with and accountable to the site Quality Officer. Hours of work: 15:00 to 23:00 Mon-Fri Your key responsibilities will be to: Assigning and coordinating the tasks for their shift production team Machine operation; ensure machines operate efficiently and produce conforming product. Conducting product testing and making the necessary process adjustments of the machine when testing indicates that it is required. Conduct all operations in such a manner as to comply with WHS requirements. Conduct all operations which comply with Food Safety requirements. Conduct all operations in such a manner as to comply with Quality Standards.
