We're recruiting for a busy automotive tint and wrap workshop in Western Sydney. They specialise in window tinting, vehicle wraps, tail light wraps and related vehicle protection work, with steady job flow and a strong focus on clean finishes and customer experience. The role You'll be hands-on installing high-quality tint and wrap finishes across a consistent pipeline of vehicles. If you're strongest in tinting but can also wrap (or vice versa), they're open to shaping the role around your core skill set. Key responsibilities Automotive window tint installs (clean edges, zero contamination mindset) Vinyl wrap installs (panels, partial wraps, accents, de-badging where needed) Tail light wrap and tint installs Vehicle prep: wash, surface decontamination, trim removal where required, final wipe-down Tint removal and re-tinting when required Quality checks before handover and maintaining a tidy, safe workspace What we're looking for Proven experience in window tinting and or vinyl wrapping High attention to detail and pride in finish quality Ability to work efficiently without rushing the job Reliable, punctual and professional with customers Current driver licence Nice to have Experience with paint protection style films Strong cutting and finishing skills (knifeless tape, post-heating, clean seams) Portfolio photos or socials showing your work What's on offer Consistent workload in a workshop-based role Variety across tinting, wrapping and light tinting work Competitive pay based on skill level (wages or subcontractor options available)
