You'll work directly with local customers, helping them get the right equipment for the job without the pressure, chaos or isolation that comes with FIFO life. This is a hands-on, people-focused role with variety in your day and a strong team around you. And the hours matter: Closed Sundays Half-day Saturdays only (rotating roster) Work local, set hours - get your time back for life outside work This role requires you to; Delivering standout customer service, every customer, every time Assisting customers in-branch and over the phone Creating, updating and finalising hire schedules Coordinating hire contracts and handling branch administration Recommending the right equipment and add-ons to get the job done safely and efficiently Supporting the branch team with loading/unloading, cleaning and basic servicing of equipment Maintaining a strong knowledge of our hire range Processing payments and completing hire cycles Opening and closing the branch as required Keeping the branch, yard and storage areas clean and organised About you You might be from customer service, construction, trades, landscaping, transport, retail or hospitality - what matters most is your attitude and reliability.
