With continued growth across the APAC region, we’re seeking a Pursuits and Bids Advisor to join our team and help drive our work-winning efforts. Reporting into the APAC Major Pursuits and Bids Lead, this role can be based in Brisbane, Sydney, or Perth . As a Pursuits and Bids Advisor, you’ll be at the centre of our work-winning efforts, shaping bids that truly respond to client needs and contributing directly to our strategic growth. You’ll drive the full bidding lifecycle, from coordinating compliance documents and interpreting tender requirements to tailoring CVs and project references that bring our expertise to life. You’ll support bid planning, scheduling, and progress tracking, collaborating with consortium partners and subcontractors to gather inputs and ensure every submission is accurate, consistent, and compelling. Come help us shape the future of our winning work function! Primary responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end tenders, from EOIs to final submission. Manage, compile, and quality-check compliance and administrative documentation. Interpret tender requirements and ensure submissions align with APAC standards and client expectations. Tailor CVs and project references in collaboration with technical teams. Support bid planning, scheduling, and progress tracking. Liaise with partners and subcontractors to gather inputs and maintain consistency. Monitor deadlines to ensure timely, high-quality, fully compliant submissions. Respond to client clarifications and information requests throughout the process. Contribute to win strategies through solutioning workshops and market research. Maintain bidding systems, templates, and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date content. Track opportunities through tender portals and market intelligence sources. Support lessons-learned reviews and share best practice insights. Assist colleagues in using bid tools, processes, and templates. Contribute to ongoing CRM development and data integrity. Skills and Experience 3 years of experience with relevant tertiary qualifications. Experience in working with high-performing pursuit/bid teams. Experience of winning work lifecycle with a track record of successful bid delivery and submissions. Experience in document management and working to company brand standards. Knowledge of different types of procurement models. Experience of working with technical staff and broader teams to ensure quality and consistency in bid/qualification documents.
