About The Opportunity Lead the delivery of safe and efficient waste collection services across the Bundaberg Region. This role ensures seamless operations, optimal use of resources, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Your leadership will help maintain a clean, sustainable community while supporting Council’s commitment to service excellence. About You We’re looking for someone who: Has experience supervising staff in waste management or similar operational environments. Holds a current C and HR driver’s license and can operate waste collection vehicles. Demonstrates strong time management, problem-solving, and communication skills. Understands safety compliance, auditing, and incident investigation processes. Is confident using Microsoft Office and operational systems like GIS and fleet routing tools.
