Description Experience: 10 Years is required Role Type: Full Time (FTE) Location: Sydney, Australia Responsibilities: Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and presentations to prospective clients Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other client documentation with well-crafted solutions and proposals Act as a trusted advisor to clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform Design end-to-end solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Service, Marketing) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages) Define solution architecture, including system integrations, data migrations, and customizations Collaborate with development teams to create technical designs and ensure successful implementation Lead workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to translate client needs into technical deliverables Work closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle Provide technical leadership and guidance to both clients and internal teams Stay updated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform features and industry trends Advocate for best practices in solution design, development, and deployment The Role Offers: Opportunity to work on cutting-edge Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions High visibility through client-facing presales and solution architecture responsibilities Exposure to innovative technologies and industry best practices A chance to influence solution design and delivery for enterprise clients Essential Skills: Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) Proficiency in Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents) Strong knowledge of solution architecture, system integrations (REST APIs, Azure services), and data migration strategies Hands-on experience with customization, configuration, and extending Dynamics 365 using plugins, workflows, and custom code Proven track record in presales activities, including proposals, PoCs, and demos Strong presentation and communication skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Good to Have Skills: Knowledge and experience with Dynamics Copilots Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate Programming experience with Azure services Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
