The opportunity As a trusted advisor, the People Experience Business Partner supports the delivery of impactful HR solutions that enhance employee experience and organisational performance across Council. Working closely with the Senior People Experience Business Partner to support our strategic people initiatives, workforce planning, and operational HR services. You will partner closely with leaders to build capability, support employee engagement, and contribute to a high-performing culture. What You’ll Be Doing Partnering with People: Build trusted relationships across the organisation to align people strategies with operational needs. Supporting Strategic HR: Collaborate with the Senior People Experience Business Partner on key initiatives including workforce planning, performance, engagement, and change. Empowering Managers and Teams: Provide timely, accurate and practical advice on employee relations, policy, development, and wellbeing. Ensuring Compliance and Process Excellence: Manage HR documentation and records, support onboarding, and ensure compliance with legislation and Council policies. Driving Improvement: Contribute to people-focused projects and use workforce data to inform continuous improvement.
