About The Role As the Senior SAP Functional Analyst, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Assess logged issues and liaise with stakeholders to solve problems and recommend modifications to improve system effectiveness. Support the transition of enhancements and fixes (including testing) from the development & testing environments into the production environment in a seamless manner by understanding the impact of changes to meet customer business requirements. Contribute to the support and maintenance of the Department's Finance ERP SAP solution in accordance with strict information system standards and documentation requirements. Key Competencies And Suitablility For The Role Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills Experience in analysing and solving business issues. Documentation and implementation of work procedures and system configuration.
