About The Role As the Administrative Officer, you will provide essential administrative support to the Principal and Business Manager, contributing to the efficient management of the school. You will handle a variety of tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication with staff, students, parents, and the wider community. Key Responsibilities Include Managing reception duties, including handling phone and counter enquiries, scheduling appointments, and general administration. Maintaining school records, processing correspondence, and organising student transport for activities. Providing administrative support for school staff, including timesheets, leave applications, and relief arrangements. Assisting with financial tasks such as processing payments, banking, and reconciling invoices. Supporting school maintenance, safety inspections, and community use of facilities. This role is ideal for a proactive and organised individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys contributing to the success of a vibrant school community.
