As Training Lead – Distribution and Kit Rooms , you’ll play a critical role in onboarding and developing new team members across SSP kit rooms, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to succeed. This is a hands-on role where you’ll deliver technical training, coach for success, and sign off capability through our Speed to Capability (STC) program. With a consistently growing business, your work will directly influence our mission impact and operational excellence. What You’ll Do Plan and facilitate onboarding and technical training for Kit Assemblers Deliver weekly training sessions (virtual or in-person), individually or in groups Coach and assess progress across modules covering end-to-end kit room operations Provide data-driven progress assessments and recommendations at 8 weeks for each trainee Report on training completion rates at individual and group levels Maintain and update training materials in collaboration with subject matter experts Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with quality standards Consult with key stakeholders on coaching priorities and best practice improvements Limited travel may be required Required Qualifications & Skills 3 years of experience with medical device assembly and processing Experience in coaching, training or leading individuals to develop their skill proficiency Ability to take initiative and solve problems proactively Excellent time management and organizational skills High attention to detail and comfort with systems and technology Preferred Qualifications Experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, JDE and Salesforce Background in process improvement or quality systems Exposure to virtual training delivery and digital learning tools Why Stryker?
